2019 I was the maker and co-designer of Ogräs bar & restaurang at the festival Öland Roots. Together with a whole bunch of people we built, organized and runed this bar and restaurant during 3 weeks. The whole thing is made from reclaimed or recycled materials except for 4 wooden planks. Making it not just the only totally vegan, fine-dining (4 courses under 200 SEK), 100% locally produced, 98% KRAV-certified restaurant you can find at a music festival in Sweden but also a statement that trash can be used to make an culinary experience even greater.
